So what transpired at Samsung between the first cryptic email and my calls to now saying the refund will be applied?
My curiosity at a high level; however, I will just sit back and wait til see the refund on the account and be happy I didn't have to go any further in the process.
Does it change my mind about purchasing future Samsung products? Not sure, maybe after a cool down period I might consider another purchase from Samsung, but it might take a while. I guess, "time will tell" or is it Time heals all wounds? I guess I'll know in time.
