Thought I was all set...not quite yet

Samsung issued credit for my Ultra and promo items on 3 seperate refund notices on 3/20 So far only 2 of the 3 have posted to my credit card. Talked to Sammy chat and they claim everything looks good on their end.

Going to wait a couple more days before I spend time on hold with Chase trying to sort this out.

Ok FedEx is officially off the rails. On Saturday they picked up 2 packages from me, one was a 128gb Ultra that I was returning and the other was my s10+ that I am sending in for my trade-in fro my 512gb ultra. Well today FedEx is trying to deliver my trade-in here. Like WTF¿? Can they not read the label???

just wondering why people are sending their phones back? Mine Ultra is coming from T Mobile and is arriving Monday.

It happens with every phone release but more so with forum techies who like to try new phones. In the case of the Ultra, some of the returns you see hear are because they aren't happy with the camera or the size of the device.

I would suggest you contact your bank ASAP and see if it is a problem on their end, if not, file a notice. Would also suggest never use a debit card for online purchases.

Well put in a request to Samsung AGAIN and I finally got my money back today. 15 days after they received my return. And yeah, lesson learned about using the debit card, however, if I have the money, I like to just pay for stuff because I tend to forget about CC purchases and it adds up. LOL. So anyway, all is well, money back.

And to answer the question why...I returned my S20 Unlocked because it didn’t use AT&T’s WiFi calling...like we were told it would. So returned it and just upgraded through AT&T and I’m actually paying less anyway due to a deal w/ Best Buy at the time. So all good.

Well amazingly enough they received both my trade in and my return of the 128gb ultra yesterday and today both were accepted. Less than a day for both. Amazed and pleased.
