Revert back to Stock using ROM Manager

Question Please
Can I revert back to the stock Samsung OS using the back up I mad in ROM manager before I flashed Cyanogen 10.1.2?
It shows this back up in the manage and restore in Rom Manager.

You should be able to, although it would be better to learn how to do it yourself in recovery. But go ahead and do so, ROM manager will take care of everything for you.

Thanks for your quick response.
What I would like to do is go back to the stock Samsung and start all over again. I have spent the last two months reading anything and everything I could find on rooting and installing ROM'S.
I rooted the phone and installed TB and ROM Manager. I think I have 3-4 Gigabytes of back ups on my int. and ext. Memory and I installed Cyanogen 10.1.2 about a week ago.
Now that I have a better idea of what I am doing I would like to delete everything and start all over.
I am open to a better suggestion.
