Revert from GB to Froyo ?

Sprint just replace my Evo 4g- It has gingerbread 2.3.5 - I rooted via HtcDev etc.

I need to revert to Froyo.

How can I ?

You can not simply put a froyo rom on a gb phone.

I actually tried it while waiting for an answer and it didnt work

I need to downgrade the phone first to froyo then put the rom on as far as I understand.

I would be happy to do that -- or unroot with a correct method and return it to sprint

there is no reason you cant flash a froyo rom
anyhow i assume your s-off and if so you can RUU back to the right firmware for Froyo or you can RUU to return to stock if your going to return it
