Rezound ringtone stutter after ICS update

After my Rezound was updated to ICS, I started having issues with audio files (alarms, ringtones, etc.) stuttering at the beginning. So if I received a phone call, the ringtone would play for 1/2 a sec, stutter (or skip), then continue playing fine. It does this with my custom ringtones, as well as the ringtones that came with the phone (I use a ringtone for my alarm clock, and it stutters there as well). Anyone else having this problem?

I have heard of a few people having this issue, a Factory Reset via hboot usual clears it all up.
