RIDICULOUSLY slow charging after 4.3 update??

I'm a little behind in that I just got the 4.3 update pushed to my phone today. My phone was at 44% at 2, after very little use so I plugged it into the white wall charger (OEM). Its now 5:30, 3.5 hours later and its STILL not charged! (Its sitting steady at 99% right now) My battery widget says I am charging at less than 500 ma. WTF?! This is bs, anyone know if its me or what? My husbands seems to be the same as previously. I'm very unthrilled obviously. :-\

Perhaps a clearing of the cache in recovery?

Thank you, I just tried that but it still says charging at 498ma. I have a feeling I'm headed for a factory reset which is infuriating but the estimated 4 hours for a charge from 25% is ridiculous too. Ugh.
