ringer turned itself from vibrate to ring after making or receiving calls

So I had this issue with my Note 5 before replacing with my S8+ and it has just started on my S8+ too.

Any ideas what is causing this? I was never able to figure it out on the N5.

nevermind it was a call blocker app that we as causing it.
