Ringers for the Galaxy S5

Got a new Samsung S5
This is my 1st droid phone.
Got it at Best Buy.
They had a Samsung Rep there.
Traded a Iphone 4S in with charging cord and everything.
Phone was in excellent shape
They gave me 131.00

What I want to know is can you get any different ringers for the phone. Really like the Dog barking on the iPhone.

I got a lot to learn after 5 yrs of iPhones and now a Droid.

Get this app called Zedge and you can download tons of ringtones and notification tones for the phone, including ones from other phones

The Zedge app has a bunch of ringtones and wallpapers.

also, you can plug the thing into the computer and create your own files too. or email yourself them.

Download Ringtone Maker from the Play Store and you can create ringtones from your music.

The beauty of android, lots of freedom with tones and notifications! Cutting your own excerpts and effects is the absolute best.

You can also use your phone to record your favorite dog's bark, and then use Ringtone Maker to set it as your ringtone.

Let me ask you a question since I am a new Amdroid person.
Do you have to go and setup a samsung account when you get a new Samsung product.
And when you get on the app store. Do they show you how much it cost to buy something before you download it.

You don't have to set up a Samsung account but they do have apps you can get as well.

When you're in the Play Store, the cost of the app is listed - it'll say how much each app is. Highly recommend SwiftKey.

Zedge says it dozen''t have to have your permissions to use your contacts or anything if you download their ringers

Thirds on Swiftkey and avoiding Zedge.

I set up Google as a back up. it saves my calendar and contacts. Samsung saves the memos. I used to use swiftkey on my s3 but haven't felt the need with this keyboard. it uses swiftkey flow, anyway, and that's how I type.
