Ringtone and Sounds Rest After USB Plug In

After updating my Bionic to 4.1.2 I've noticed that after I unplug my phone from a computer I lose all my custom notifications and ringtones. Anyone else have this issue?

This was never an issue under ICS, and I find this really annoying as I use my phone as my main mp3 player, and I hate having to reset all my settings after I sync a playlist.
