Ringtones

I have a ringtone app that I'm trying to use but I can't get all of my music to show up on my music in "my files". It shows downloaded. What am I doing wrong?

Ringtones have to be in a folder named Ringtones (upper case R is mandatory for it to work).

Can you clarify -- are you trying to create a ringtone from one of your music files using this ringtone app, but can't access your music files from within the app? Are you downloading your music files from somewhere, or are you downloading ringtones from the app's library (like how Zedge works)?

I have downloaded music that I've bought and I'm trying to use them to create ringtones. The ringtone app I'm using has a sync feature but the song I've recently bought an downloaded will not sync.

Where did you download the music from? Google Play Music, or somewhere else?
