Ripple effects in videos

So when I disable the software OIS and shoot video footage with FHD (no 60 fps) the resulting footage shows water like Ripple effects at edges of the video. This can be clearly seen when taking video at a hallway or place with walls left and right of you.
Anyone else noticed such effect? I'm coming from iPhone 6 so the difference is big one.
Should i send the phone to repairs cuz of this?

Have to add that same footage filmed with software OIS on doesn't cause mentioned ripple effect. But can't use that mode as it makes videos horribly shaky.
