Roadrunner to Roadrunner email issue on Samung Galaxy S7

[AC Question]

I use my roadrunner email on my galaxy S7 ALL the time without incident except for emails that have another roadrunner email as a recipient. This only occurs with one other person.

The email arrives as pages and pages of alpha code starting with:

recipient's email

Content-Type: multipart/alternative; boundry="--

----_com.samsung.android.email_745...(same seq)
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8

Any thoughts?

That's a multipage email, being sent as "not text". It has to be something RR is doing in scanning it, unless you're using some weird email app and have that one account set as something strange. Contact your cable supplier (TW?) and ask for tech support (and be ready to send the tech an email, so he can look into the file he gets).
