roaming on my s9+ is missing its unlocked

this phone im using in mexico its unlocked but i need to cross tu the us and my sim does not work need help to enable

Does your Mexican mobile plan have a US roaming allowance?

This is the only "roaming" setting I can find on my unlocked Galaxy Note 9: Settings->Connections->Mobile networks->Data roaming
