Robotic voice sound in headset speaker?

Hello all, I just received my replacement for my signal issue nexus! 4g works great! Try to make a call and headset speaker has a robotic static voice sound for everyone I call. Tried rebooting no help though. Anyone have this issue or a fix for this before I send it back?

You should try the Google voice navigation voice, it is robotic, but she is crying as well.

Lol. God damn phone. I see the gs3 was just announces for vzw. Soooo I may use my kids line to get that.

ha ha, you know your shiznit. Nexus is NOT a division of Samsung engineering, rather a concept by Google that was given to Samsung engineers right? But is that engineering or appeasing?
