Rogers Captivate Shipping unlocked?!

Anecdotal...
A guy over at XDA said he put a FIDO sim into the Rogers Captivate...and it worked.

Same for me. Didn't need to unlock it to use it with my Fido SIM card!

I was able to use my wifes FIDO sime card..however some people were saying that it may just be networked locked. Fido = Rogers thats why it works.

One would need to get a Bell or Telus sim to try it out.

Does not work with Bell or Telus sim cards. It will work with Fido, as Fido is a sub company of Rogers!!! Nice try though
