Rogers Sim not working on Bell S4

Hello, I have a Galaxy S4 from Bell.
It works fine with a sim card from Bell, but when I insert a Rogers sim card the phone says "No SIM" instead of asking me for the unlock code.

Is there a fix for this?

yes, call the carrier - by law they must provide a FREE unlock code for any phone model older than 1 year. Applies to Bell, Rogers, Fido, Telus - any carrier in canada. hth. You can also take it to a best buy and have them unlock it for you if you need help, and for free.
 
Actually, that's incorrect. They have to unlock it after 90 days or immediately if you buy the phone outright, but they can charge you. I believe Bell charges around $50 but you may have to be their customers. You can also get the phone unlocked cheaper from an unlocking service. There are some available on eBay.
