Rogers Sim not working on Bell S4

Hello, I have a Galaxy S4 from Bell.
It works fine with a sim card from Bell, but when I insert a Rogers sim card the phone says "No SIM" instead of asking me for the unlock code.

Is there a fix for this?

tried multiple times.

U have to unlock ur cell ,its locked to bell network only ...go on line and get unlock code for like 15 to 20$ and then u can use any provider .

Once u have code put in rogers card it will ask for unlock code, enter it.
And now it will work with rogers or bell etc

U will have 10 tries don't do more or it will hard lock cell just follow instructions its easy done it few times.
