Are you flashing everything independently? you cannot flash 2 thing at once.

You should:
- flash the ROM
- reboot
- flash the radio (if you haven't already)
- reboot
- flash the wimax (if you haven't already)
- reboot
- Flash the theme (if you want if not skip to down two)
- reboot
- flash icon pack
- reboot

See the pattern?

i am flashing them individually in that order, no theme, and i didnt get the icon pack... i just used rom manager to swith to clockwork im gonna try that real quick and see if it helps

lol this is still not working

Starting to sound to me as if nand isn't unlocked for you. You may want to search on easy root with nand unlocked.

This is why me and beezy love 1 million and 1 ways to root :)

The rooted version of .6 may work for you

now when the download starts i immediatly get a message saying download was unsuccessful

how would i go about unlocking nand??? i googled it and its looking like they want me to root all over again?

well i tried unlocking nand and now i seem to have lost root the # changed back to a $ and i still cant access the market...awesome

about the market issues. I too had them at first, but I updated my profile and rebooted my phone and then it allowed me to connect to the market.

I also had the issue with VVM not working. The initial message that was "supposed" to go to Sprint activating it was hanging and finally sent itself 10 min later. All day today I was having people call me to test out the VVM, and i would say 1 out of 5 were actually showing up. Then I thought about something, and moved the VVM program to my igonore/safe list on my task killer (which was set to work every 30 min) and low and behold, ive been getting every voice mail today.

Also my tethering seems to be working at a pretty decent speed now lol

The only thing I have to update now if my PRI, which isnt 1.40 its still at like 1.34_003. Ive tried the methods over on XDA where I didnt have to wipe but its not working very well lol

Dont get discouraged ADD..I spent all day Wednesday rooting and installing this ROM, install 2 more off XDA, then coming back to here thursday night lol

I did a full wipe and cleared cache. I went from 2.2 to 2.5 and it worked perfectly.

You do need to do a full wipe. It will be required for every version released from now on.

Edit: full wipe = in recovery --> factory data reset, clear cache (both of them depending on which recovery you're using)

I just have to post this. I just got 24 f n hours out of my battery. I used the tutorial that pingpong posted for SetCPU and WOW. I made my setting almost the same as his. Underclocked it a tad bit more. I have not notices any real difference in speed except when the display wakes up. I am amazed. I had about two hours of talk time, web surfing, played that Boxing game, loads of text messages, 20 min of fring, then I left it uplugged all last night. When I woke up this morning i still had 15% and it was at 23hour and 52 min since last plug in. I didn't plug in until i got to 7% and that was after I added bout 15 more min of talk time, 10 text messages (with video and audio in them). Final time was 24hr and 36 min. WOW. AC Rom 2.5 with SetCPU underclocked/overclocked profiles :)

I do have one question...

Ok so I am the one that deleted the wrong folders the other day when trying to remove bloat. I reflashed the rom and I was back to normal :) So i went in and started to do it the correct way. It's telling me that I can't remove the .apk files because they are system files. What gives?

Try using Astra file manager to remove them. Someone else had this problem and using Astra worked. I'm sure another file manager app like ES would work also.
