Alright I got it booting but be aware of many bugs ahead so if you have lots of important things to do than do NOT flash!

Bugs:
No sound
Double touch doesnt work
Data doesnt work
Some apps don't show
errors in settings.apk
gps doesnt work
sync doesnt work

Anything else??

Instructions
1. Download and put on the root of your sd card
2. Reboot into recovery
3. format /data, /cache, /system
4. flash it
5. go to advanced than fix permissions
6. reboot
