I guess no one want's to comment on the benefits of CM7 over the Comm Rom... that stinks.

Hard to say not a lot of time spent with this ROM to know. But it is CM7 and brings lots of things from that community to the fascinate.

I've been waiting for two weeks to do a little "Wang Dang Sweet KangBang" and now this hits.

Hopefully this is the biggest decision I have to make next week at the beach...

Gave it a shot, lots of FC's. Reverting to ComRom now until fixed. Looks EXTREMELY promising however.

if anyone is looking for CM7, you really should check out Jt's version on XDA. very few bugs and superior to this ROM imo. it's been my daily driver for awhile now: [ROM] CyanogenMod 7.0.0 ALPHA2 - 4/26/11 - xda-developers

Nice...well when it goes full on ready, shoot me a PM.

On another note, I had to ditch this ROM. Of course the camera doesnt work, I knew that going in and it is no big deal. I didnt have the FC issues that most did thankfully.

The deal breaker for me was about 8 out of 20 of my phones calls today the volume coming in dropped down to an inaudible level (way below a whisper).

I know it is a beta and there are bugs, I am not complaining and I do thank the original author of the ROM for the work. I am just putting it out there for others.

+1... I am right there with you but am gonna wait until JT has the camera fixed. Although no one has been able to tell me what the benefits of GB are over Froyo.
