As the title implies this is the stock rooted ICS 4.0.3 build from RUU 3.10.605.13 that has thus far been elusive

This is not a functional ROM for users! This is for developers.

I am posting this in efforts to get more people involved in trying to get it functional.

Right now this ROM acts a lot like 4.0.1 did when it was first posted. We made it work so lets get hot on this build!

The only changes to this ROM I made from the RUU were root and /fonts
