ROM Flashing problem

I am rooted and have CWM 5.0.2.3 installed. I have followed qbking's videos step by step but every time I flash ANY rom, I keep getting a Status Bar/Notification Error Force Stop and the phone keeps rebooting over and over. Good thing I created a Nandroid backup. Anyone else experienced this problem......or any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Same problem! I had it with Starburst 1.9 and midnight 2.2. I followed starburst instructions more carefully:

Install Instructions
1)Make a nandroid backup
2)Format System Under Mounts and Storage (Important!) and Wipe Data
3)Wipe cache
4)Wipe dalvik
5)Flash
Once booted, let your phone sit for a few minutes for the best results.

That helped when I reflashed starburst I think! In the meantime AEMod or another more staock rom might just work without formatting system. Good luck!
