I think I have missed something somewhere. Looking to restore CM7 through Rom Manager, but it is not listed for Optimus V. Thought I read somewhere that it is under the Optimus One, but I do not know how to switch it to Optimus One.

Manual override does not provide an option either. I am sure I simply missed something along the lines, your responses are much appreciated.

If you have the latest rom manager you do.

open rom manager
push botton left button on phone
select manual flash override
hit ok
select phone - in this case optimus one
close
select dwnloads and you will see what you are looking for

I an on the latest rom manager, even reinstalled it. No option for optimus one. Could it be that I do not have premium?

Am I missing something here? I am on latest Rom Manager. There are no roms provided under Optimus V for me either.

@mmarz - The links in the thread are dead, so I can't download from there.

You should have more options than you listed. Maybe try downloading/installing the newest version of Rom Manager again? Is your current one v4.3.1.3?

I may be wrong but you are running a Froyo (2.2) ROM, the Rom Manager will not work. It's a catch-22. You must already be on CWM Aosp Rom before you can see the latest Asop Rom download image.

At least that has been my experience. I had to flash an old version Aosp then run the Rom Manager in order to see the 601 version. I am back to BB Rom and I can't see the 601 version any more.

That could explain it. I'll have to try and find an older version I guess.

I was having this same problem, and using xionia recovery I was able to flash an older aosp, then use rom manager to dl the latest aosp and flash it. =D
