ROM manager has been FUBAR lately, best to download the ROM from XDA or wherever you can find it and flash it in Clockwork

I've found if you go to ROM manager and it won't populate the ROM list under Download ROM just hit the Menu button at the main screen of ROM Manager and then Clear Download Cache and it seems to clear up the problem...at least for me that is.
