ok if i change the rom using the rom manager how do i get it back to the stock 2.2 thank you

in rom manager there is a option there that says "stock images". If you go in there you can download the stock verizon 2.2 rom.

I also make backups via rom manager before I switch, so if you do the same you could just go back to the stock 2.2 that you have backed up.
