I want to install this for my boss but I have never rooted a HTC. Can I flash this via ODIN? Also is this the myTouch 4G T-mobile right? Picture used looks different then my bosses. Does the Rom have its own Kernel? Thank you in advance.

If you are not rooted yet you may want to look at some of the threads in this board: myTouch 4G Android Development - xda-developers

Lots of excellent information regarding the MT4G and other ROM choices as well (although MIUI is an excellent choice).

There is no Odin for HTC devices. The pic in the OP is not the same device, I use it because it shows the MIUI homescreen. The install instructions are in the OP. If you need rooting help let me know. InsomMIUI comes bundled with the Tiamat 1.1.5 kernel. It has.been Extremely stable for me and my users.

If you installed 2.2.3 go back to the last build, call volume is messed up. My apologies folks.

I have updated the OP once again! lolz. I'm now supporting both the MIUIAndroid AND MIUIus builds of MIUI. I know people have there preferences and I wanted to give people options! Enjoy!
