ROM Question (deleting APK's ok?)

This question just popped up and I figured I would ask it.

Say before I flashed the zip I wanted to get rid of some of the apk's included in the image... I have Quattrimus. So say I wanted to get rid of UnicornPorn and maybe AOKPTips and maybe some other things. Do I just open the zip on my computer and find the folder the apk's are in and delete those certain ones and then flash it?

What I'm asking is this, will deleting those files screw up anything or is that perfectly normal?

It's okay, depending on how you do it.

You need to open the ZIP, not actually un-zip it. I recommend 7Zip for this. Open it up, delete whatever you want, just make sure you take note of what you're getting rid of in case you delete something that causes problems later on. When you flash it, you'll need to disable signature verification in your recovery.
