This ROM runs great, really enjoying it.

Is there any way to edit "Sprint" from the notification bar. I'm coming from ThundeROM and I could edit from the build.prop file on root explorer. I don't see it on this ROM, any help would be greatly appreciated.

gsm.operator.alpha=changing me breaks Sprint apps.

The app draw does seem slightly skippy but not too bad. What were the names of the messaging widget and weather widget from ThundeROM? I liked those and would like to get them again

i just used titanium backup and now use the fancy widget (weather+time) with this rom. So far everything running good and not laggy at all :)

I'll add a flashable zip to the mod section shortly.

Just came over from TR 1.8.3 and so far I'm liking it a lot better. The OC is helping Angry Birds not stutter, I like the sleeker look and it's generally better than it was with TR or with stock.

I'm loving this ROM so far... thanks you guys!

2 questions:

1. Visual voicemail - I have a Google Voice number but always used the stock voicemail app. Now that that's not an option anymore, I'd be happy to setup Google Voice to handle voicemail for my cell number. The problem is, I am with Credo Mobile and when I follow the Sprint directions I just get an error. I have looked for solutions on the Google Voice forums but there doesn't seem to be one as of yet (Credo doesn't know what conditional call forwarding is). Is there any other option for visual voicemail with this ROM?

2. Instead of 3G I now only see EV when I have a data connection. I assume they are interchangeable, but just want to make sure I still have my 3G data connection.

1. Because of carrierIQ the Sprint VVM app goes wacky and sends text messages in addition to VVM messages. This is the same thing that happens on CM ROM's. In addition, the Sprint VVM app kept texting and notifying there was a new voicemail even where there wasn't which got annoying quick.

2. EVDO is 3G :p

Awesome! I am glad you integrated the new keyboard in this rom and the voice wrks with it. :) Am enjoying it so far. I love the Android bckgrnd in the tunnel, He's very mysterious. :)
Probably wont be needing all those Nandroids but I have some creme for that. :p

I might have missed it (and if I did, I'm sorry), but what is the benefit of applying the no IQ patch? I'm thinking I won't apply it because I love to theme my phone.

Some dispute the spy part, some dispute the performance gain, some dispute the battery improvement. It's not our jobs to decide. We simply made it available. If you don't care, it doesn't matter.

So, if I want to apply a theme down the road, couldn't I just reflash the noIQ patch and be good to go? Or will it kill the theme? I'm thinking noIQ > theme at this point.

Flashed this about 20 minutes ago... Restoring my apps now (don't have pro version of titanium, so I have to do it one by one.) but from what I've seen so far... this ROM is AWESOME!

What's the battery life like with this rom? Thinking about chaining over since Zefie smashed his phone.

Nick or KSmith, any chance we see the HTC icons in this ROM? I miss them from TR already.

Just flashed and restored my apps. EXCELLENT so far. Much faster than ThundeRom, and I seem to have a ton of extra room on my phone (over 90mb compared to 50 when I had ThundeRom)

Nicely done!
