How often do you switch roms? Also which app do you use for backing up your data?

I'm still new, I find helium as a good back up app and I have only ran viper rom since I rooted a few weeks ago.

I have been on 420ne for a month. I've tried others , but I like the look and feel on this ROM. Titanium is the only app I use for backup's.

I've used Viper, but I found it to be kind of sluggish compared to other roms. Nothing major, but I noticed it lol. I also used Mac's Dark Horse rom and liked it, but I've been using 420ne for about a week now and it was awesome up until today...for some reason my battery life went from lasting more than a day to less than 8 hours. So I just did a factory reset and reflashed the rom. I didn't download any new apps that I know of to cause it to happen, but I'm starting from scratch so I guess I will see what happens. I wanna try the Tranquil rom, but I haven't found any problems with 420ne to want to switch yet lol. I also use Titanium for my backup.

Is titanium fast when it comes to backing up and restoring?

I have tried just about every popular ROM, including ViperOne, Android Revolution HD 11, TrickDroid, TrickDroid's Google Edition, stock 4.2.2, deodexed 4.2.2, RGUI and several others. To be honest, I always find myself going back to either TrickDroid or ARHD - they are extremely fast and stable and they provide fairly good battery life, especially TrickDroid. ViperOne is the best when it comes to modifications, however for me (I have tried all versions) it is very buggy.. each time a different bug just happens to pop up, the last being video camera not working and pictures I took using the camera not showing up in gallery (basically lost). I am running TrickDroid 8 with ElementalX kernel and DarkOne Inverted theme at the moment and couldn't be happier.

How do you do a factory reset?

Inside recovery if you are rooted. I've never not been rooted on any phone so I would not know how to reset from factory specs.
