It is. From what the cm9 dev dais, it's basically gb with ics add ons. I don't know what they added on, but the battery life is on-par with other ics roms I tried, so i think they merged more features than not.
The miui settings zip is in that thread, I think on page 10.

Nice, I cant wait to flash this bad boy! I still can't seem to find it still...I have a regular D2 and I checked all 17 pages lol maybe im just not looking hard enough
