14 thru 16 must have been test or beta builds that didnt make public... Thats all I can figure..

Is anyone else unable to change the live wallpaper?

I can switch live wallpaper just fine, my problem is that it is not picking up my Picasa albums in the Gallery app. It seems to be affecting others as well.

I was trying to change to one of the static wallpapers and couldn't do it at the main screen level. Could change from one live wallpaper to another live wallpaper, but not to a standard wallpaper. But when I went in through the settings menu to display -- wallpapers, I was able to select a static wallpaper that way.

I know there has been some good improvements "behind the scenes" in this newer build. Many apps I couldn't run before are now running and its not because they were updated by the app manufacture because I restored them from My Backup Root.

So a big thumbs up on this build so far. Plus I really dig the additional extended power menu options... Very clean and efficient.

V21 fixes the google music streaming issue and re-enables galllery photo syncing that were issues in V19.

I still can't get it to dl. Goes through all the motions, and then says download unsuccessful after it gets to 100 percent

Your device when stock wont download certain file types.

I NEVER download ROMs directly to my device...

1. Takes to long even on WIFI or solid 4g
2. Problems like your having when the download fails at the end
3. Download goes through only to find out the file is corrupt or has a few bad bytes or something in it during the download.... Packet loss during transfer...
4. As Blackhawk mentioned.... Certain file types won't download on stock or stock browser... Dolphin usually gets around that...

Always download to computer then transfer it over.... Less headaches.
