What is Romkeeper supposed to do?

You use it to download roms from the list and it will auto wipe, install, and reboot

And before it comes up, it's different from Rom Manager because the devs upload the roms there themselves and support them.

Romkeeper will basically detect what rom you're using and suggest the next version accordingly. For example, if you're on an older version tdm's quattrimus and dl Romkeeper, it will show you the latest build available for download.
