Roms and Themes?

Do different roms have different themes?New at this and trying to learn it all.Also how can I tell what rom is running on my nexus s 4g.

Some roms have custom themes some don't. You'll need to read up on the rom you're interested in to find out.

To check what you're running, go to Settings, About phone.

Stock rom (rooted) with the mat1x kernel.

Once you install a custom rom it will add a line called "Mod Version". At least that's what it does with CM7.
