ROMs that don't use Blur Dialer

I'm currently running Apex on my X, but have the issue where, after using the Blur Dialer the first time, it shows up in sensor usage 100%, and drains the battery.

I would like to try a ROM that doesn't use the Blur Dialer. Are there any?

Liberty 1.5, to my knowledge, doesn't use the blur dialer. I would make sure though.

This is strange because I am using Apex 1.4.1 without this issue, it may be the new assisted look-up feature, I have installed the 2.1 dialer in place of the 2.2.1 from 928DroidBlackGlass rom that doesn't use the search option from dialer by default.

Have you thought about installed another dialer (like Dialer One). Set it to the default and it wont matter what dialer a ROM installs.

Actually, I did try Dialer One. After I installed it, I made a call from my phone, and then from another phone to it, and still had 100% sensor usage.

I'm running Liberty now, and haven't had any issues, although I'll probably still give rubiX a try.

Sounds to me like something went a little squirrelly in the ROM install. I've never heard of that happening, and glad you got it resolved. My guess is that you could go back to Apex (re-installing it, NOT a backup of it), and it would work fine.
