Ok, I have had my Droid for 3 weeks now and totally love it. I have rooted it and now I am curious to find out exactly what a ROM is. I see the term all the time but not sure what it is.
I love to tinker and customize things the way I like them. I just want to know what ROMs are and how they my benefit me. I also want to know if there is a way I can back up my droid the way it is now in case I mess things up installing a ROM or something.
