Rookie worried about WiFi issue

After doing much research, reading and watching reviews, today I purchased my first Chromebook - Samsung Chromebook Plus.

I love everything about it so far, but the WiFi seems to be inconsistent, videos buffer, and twice it dropped the connection - once forcing me to turn off/on the laptop.

Should I be aware of any known issues related to WiFi? After all, internet is everything with a Chromebook.

Please help. Thanks.

Update fro my op yesterday. Today the buffering continued regularly. on three occasions the wifi was dropped and said "no networks". Each time I had to power down/up to fix. this scares me.

any help???

No real help from me, I'm afraid. I just bought a Samsung CB Pro this week, and it's not shown any issues - just works, as they say, and works very well.

If you haven't already, I'd give Samsung support a call or chat to see what they say. They might be able to help, but either way, you'll find out. If their help is not "helpful," I'd take it back and exchange it. I realize there can be some devices that are more finicky with certain routers than others, but that's another possible thing that would require some involved checking. Bottomline is that if Samsung couldn't help, I'd get it back to where I bought it as fast as possible.
