Root after update - no titanium backup available

Just got a replacement phone and updated it, forgetting about the fact that OTA rootkeeper won't keep root on a new phone. duh. anyway, rerooted and can't get TI to open. I have purchased it and downloaded it. Doesn't show up in apps and in the market the only option is 'uninstall'. Anyone have any ideas what to do? I hate all this damn bloatware and I want my phone back to normal!
