Root and Repair

Hi, I need to take my phone into Sprint for some repair, I have a stock ROM, but the phone is rooted. Can I just hit the unroot button on Z4Root and just delete the app and take it to the Sprint store, or do I need to do more? Thanks. Nothing's been modified, I'm using ADW Launcher, and only rooted the phone to install CacheMate and Ad Free.

Nothing else would need to be done. Unroot, delete any root apps like SU or root explorer as those would be a give-away, and take it in.
