wow can't believe there is nothing on xda-developers ab out rooting the atrix 2. whats the hold up on getting a one click root fro this device?

Yea unfortunately it's not getting alot of love over at XDA where I also go by Sk8trix.I like this phone but since I already have the O.G Atrix i dont know if its a good idea for me but for someone new to the atrix its better for you to go with the A2.
If you want to root and ROMS theres some sexy O.G Atrix ROMS,kernels,mods,themes and all that other good stuff.I think I'm going to hold on for now until theres some stuff for the A2 before deciding to buy it.

I rooted my new ($49) Atrix 2 and replaced Motobur with ADW Ex and it is really a nice phone! I think getting new ROMSs (CyanogenMod?) will be a bit longer, and that is where I am keeping my fingers crossed --since the custom ROM I had for my old Android phone was so much nicer than any stock ROM.
