Hi, my parents just bought a Samsung Galaxy Note II that's branded as an "High End Imitation". Although the drawback are some apps are missing(camera) there are also installed apps that i would want to remove, and i can't change the lock screen wallpaper, also the AM/PM the date and the month on the clock in the lock screen is stuck in Chinese. I was wondering will i be able to root it and install a ROM more to my liking because from what i can see the ROM that's installed in the device is just a poorly made one. It runs on Android 4.1.9.
