I have my newly delivered Kindle Fire rooted and I'm trying to install the Market. I've installed Root Explorer, I get the superuser request, but it then force closes on me every time. I've tried removing and reinstalling root explorer twice, but still the same. It's the copy I backed up off my rooted E3D. Since I have to change file permission for the market app and framework, I'm stumped. Any ideas?

It seems that I read somewhere that you have to make sure you are using the latest version of Root Explorer.

100% correct. I was using an old version. Everything is working perfectly now. Have the Android Marketplace through GoLauncher. Appreciate the response.
