Root for Droid Razr

Hey
I was wondering if there is a working root. For Droid Razr running on JellyBean 4.1.2, Xt912 model/version. I have looked and looked and can't find one that works or even goes to it. I have no Idea if I'm just missing it or what. I understand it Voids the warranty and all that

Matt groffs razr utility was the easiest way to root and unbrick my old razr... (Google it).. I'm sure it's still available..
