Root on ICS?

So I just got my RAZR maxx. I'm wondering if any of you could point me to a thread/video/website etc that I can learn how to root my RAZR.

If your phone is currently on stock 4.0.4 ICS, skip to 8:55 in the video.

Only root if you are sure you know what you are doing.
