Root tecno CX air

I want to root my tecno CX air, android 7.0,,_ but am unable, someone help me please

You probably can't. Someone has to find a method to temporarily get it into root, and not many developers, if any, will be working on a phone with so few users. (Rooting isn't a matter of "do this, press that", it's a process of finding a bug or a security hole that can be used. Some phones are pretty old and no rooting method has been found for them yet.)

You can easily root so far you have the stock boot.img for your phone.
You can get the boot.img from the firmware for your build number or by dumping.
Armed with boot.img, you can root using Magisk
