Rooted and all is fine, one little issue....

Rooted using the Hack Kit v11, all went went just fine and flash the AT&T rom rooted signed since I wan to stay with Sense, everything works just perfect, Titanium and few other things, but yesterday tried to update busybox from within TB and gave me an error, "Unsuccessful installation, Package was not signed correctly". How to fix or do I need to flash another ROM with Sense? Any ideas?
The rest of the installations I've done including backups and restores works without a hitch.

I feel like an idiot, is not busybox that has the problem is superuser app, can't update it. Any help appreciated.

Well after dealing with this for over 3 hours, decided to RUU back to stock and re-hack it again, all is good now , something went corrupt the first time.
