Rooted and debloated again, battery life is suffering

... I am letting it sit til it gets to 0% so the battery might "train" itself although I am starting to think the whole battery calibration thing is a placebo and it just uses a RNG to come up with the percentage.

You can't train Lithium Ion batteries. They are actually at their strongest at 50% or higher. They hate the deep cycle charge. Sometimes you'll notice it will charge faster with 60% left rather than 90% left.

I just got a replacement Fascinate (for other reasons) and the battery life on this one (they actually gave me a new battery with it at best buy) is amazing. Honestly I was impressed with the 15+ hours I got out of my first one with normal use since it was worlds better than my BB Storm. But this one ran for almost 40 hours before giving me the low battery message after I fully charged it the first time. I'm just rooted and debloated with TW and stock kernel. More than fine by my standards. Though I'm sure I just got lucky with this one.

That was a poor phrase on my part. What gets trained is the discharge curve in the os. I cleared the stats using cwm and am trying to get a consistent curve by fully charging and discharging. This keeps it from, for example, showing 50% when its run for eight hours but there is five hours' runtime left.

That's the second best buy replacement we have heard about that has scored comparably much better than the original. Maybe best buy is getting turbocharged phones or underrated batteries?
