Rooted epic 4g with CWM and 2.3.4 had sudden touch screen nonresp

I was using my Epic earlier today when i noticed the touch screen stopped working. Any fixes i can do myself that can cost little or nothing would be a lot of help. Im going to try to flash 2.3.4 back onto it but im hoping for a miracle. Everything else works, all the buttons work and the keyboard works:-(

2.3.4? What rom are you running? Sounds like an outdated leak.

I would first ODIN back to stock. The directions are around. I'm sure Paul will chime in with the link and which procedure. If it's still not working at that point, than it's a hardware issue, and you'll need to get it repaired or replaced. If you have the protection on it, just swing by your local sprint service center. They also do repair of non-warranty phones too, and they can give you a quote of what it will be to repair/replace if necessary.
