Rooted/Flashed to nTelos No Data/MMS (Tunderbolt)

Desperately need help!

I am rooted and flashed with service to nTelos. I don't think the guy that did it knew what the hell he was doing. I do not have data, cannot use MMS. I was originally Verizon (Thunderbolt).

When LTE card is removed I have data/mms but am unable to MAKE calls (can receive though).
When LTE card is inserted I can make calls (cannot receive them) and have no data/MMS capabilities.

Please, please, please....anyone that might offer some advice as to what I need to do next....

I have tried entering APN's manually...no luck...

I would love to get this working (I really do like my TB)...

**Anyone with any suggestions to which ROM might offer some relief would be much appreciated**

I wish I could point you in the right direction, but I have no experience with getting a phone to work on a different service provider.
