Rooted LG G3

[AC Question]

Help!! I purchased an LG G3 used, not aware the phone is rooted, currently the phone is version 4.4.2, I am not able to update I receive an error- this device is suspected in rooting, software update is not available for rooted device. Can anyone help me with this problem. thank you

Upgrading your device will brick it unless you unroot using a superuser program before you do the upgrade.
