Rooted lg optimus with out flashing

I rooted my phone without flashing rom I have installed root explorer Iam wanting to know if I can delete the launcher 2 apk I have Home live as my launcher. Also wanting to know if the sprint hidden menu apk and odex can be deleted with out any harm to the phone So far the phone seems to working fine but just trying to free up more room

Deleting stuff out of system/app isn't going to add any space to data/app which is what your looking for.

Ok Thanks but can they still be deleted , also what else can I delete to free up more room .
